He likes to pull his blanket over his head before he goes to sleep. If I pull it down before he's asleep he'll pull it right back up. Should I worry about this? How can I get him to stop?

A lot of nights my almost 3-year-old sleeps with the comforter over his head. He's done this since around a year old. I do move it down after it's clear he's asleep, mostly because he'll overheat, but on nights I forget, he's just fine and it ends up off (and then on again) at some point.
Dh is 28 and a lot of nights has his cover over his head. Personally, the idea makes me shudder, but that's how he sleeps best.
