Is there any benefit to CLO without the vitamin fortification?

Hi. I have been giving DS Arctic D CLO made by Nordic Naturals (fortified with vitamin A and D) for awhile now, and I ran out and my Mom picked me up a new bottle at the HFS. She got the wrong kind though, and just bought the regular CLO, not the Arctic D. I already opened it before I realized it was the wrong kind, so my question is, is there any benefit to giving the non vitamin fortified kind of CLO? My next bottle will be the Arctic D kind, but for now, this is all we have. There are small amounts of vitamins a and d in the regular kind.
Thanks!

definitely! I personally think it's better. The fortified kinds are fortified with synthetic vitamin a and d, which aren't very absorbable. an unfortified clo would have it's natural vitamins, which are much more absorbable.

Here in Europe CLO is pretty standard advice for winter. The A and D are very absorbable and all most people really need. Plus all those good fishy fatty acids.

Read this:

And check out the brand recommendations.

I don't think there's a lot of benefit to the oils that are processed and then fortified with synthetics (it's pretty weird, actually - it's like pumping breastmilk, pastuerizing it, and fortifying it like formula).
