natural ringworm treatments and transmission question

For the first time ever, I have a small spot of ringworm on my arm. I am using tea tree oil 3 times a day and apple cider vinegar. I am also going to try pau d arco tea and raw garlic poultices.

I don't want to have to pay out of pocket to see the naturopath, do do you all have other tried and true natural (especially homeopathic) ringworm cures?

So I am also worried also about transmitting it to my 10 mo old. The way we have always taken baths was together in the big bathtub. I don't really have another way to bathe her, though she could go in with DH, I guess. I know ringworm is transmittable by skin to skin contact but can it be transmitted in bathwater? I've tried to find this info online and can't.

Thank you in advance!

Not sure about the bath but I probably wouldn't risk it. However, my son had ringworm more than a year ago and I used the diluted tea tree oil. It took a few weeks I think but it didn't spread and it went away completely. I'd keep doing what you're doing.
