Yeah, I think they're just motivational points. I don't pay attention to them, really, but it is nice seeing all the inspirational people on there and getting to see what they eat/how they exercise.

It's hard. I'm feeling down after taking a look in the mirror yesterday, too. I can't wait for spring so I can get out and exercise more. That always gets my mood up-biking, jogging, roller blading. Just getting out there. Is there anything you can do today to motivated you? A new exercise, maybe?
