BUT there is more...I thought i saw a faint blue line so I waited two mins. and the lighting sucked in the bathroom where I was at, and couldn't tell. i had a dr. appt. and tossed it in my purse so I could go to that. I looked after my dr. appt. and saw this. what do you think? I have never seen an evap like this before and so blue. Also, I know that blue dye tests can be unreliable, but this is just way to weird. I took the second one in the pack and got the same thing but just a little lighter. WHAT DO YOU THINK>

I have gotten multiple positives on blue dye tests and they were negative. Blue dye tests suck. I am hoping for a positive for you though.

I think blue dye tests are evil and useless and that looks like many lines I've seen on those from non-pg ladies. That is the test AFTER your doctor's appointment? So what, at least an hour or more? So that one means nothing, and the second one is lighter? Get a thermometer and buy some IC's in bulk, go into your next cycle armed and ready. No more blue tests..... unless you get a really dark, evenly solid blue line they aren't going to tell you anything. A "line is a line" when it's pink, when it's blue a line is just a (?).
Maybe you've already caught the egg this time and you will get a pos. soon.... I think buying a thermometer and bulk HPT's is the best way to insure that's the case lol.

Yes...

1.) No more blue dye tests.

2.) No more reading after the limit.

If you are looking for a real, definitive answer from a store-bought pregnancy test, you need to (at least) follow these rules. If you don't, then the answer will always be in question.

You'll need to start taking your temperature consistently (within about a half hour) daily and recording it. There are forms you can print out or websites you can use (fertilityfriend.com).

If you haven't ovulated yet by taking your temperature consistently you will be able to see when it does happen, also by taking your temperature and establishing what your luteal phase is the next time you ovulate (provided you aren't pregnant right now) you will know when your period is late instead of having to guess.

Temping will not tell you if your are pg, if that's what you mean. I think it would be good to start temping ASAP just to get the hang of it, but it won't tell you anything until your next AF starts and you O. Then you can find out when you O in your cycle and how long your LP is. If you are irregular (Oing at totally different times each cycle) then it will probably take a few cycles to figure out what's up and try to regulate it or just have a better shot at catching the egg. How often do you have periods? Do you often have spotting between periods?

Periods

i have periods every month, but sometimes i do spot for like a week and then start a light period. even though i have them once a month i dont keep track of my dates like i should. like last month i started spotting very lightly on 2-28-10 and that lasted up until i actually bled from 2-2-10 until around the 2-6-10. Now yesterday I started spotting again bright red with clear CM. Last pregnancy i got a + preg test and then bled like this for 2 weeks and then stopped. i had a normal pregnancy and didn't miscarry. So is this what could be happening now? i will start temping tomorrow. i do this first thing in the morning under my tongue before getting out of bed?

I would recommend taking the free online course at www.fertilityfriend.com
and use their free online software for charting.
You should use a basal thermometer which you can find at your local drug store. Good luck to you!

Not likely without a test and you dont have a test.

**update**

I got my bloodwork back and it was negative. Thank you so much for all your help. We will try again this month. And I started a full blown period. but thanks again! i will be checking on here now and then but next time I am not testing until after I have actually missed my period.
