night time change needed-help

Thread Starter
I need some options for nighttime. I am stuck.

I have 11 month old DD. She wears prefolds at night without cover (with a belt) She lays on a piece of fleece. I spend half the night fiddleing with her and the pad to make sure she is on it. And I change her 3-5 times a night. I do not think the reason are allergy. I think she nurses a lot at night (perhaps it is a combo)

Anyway,

IF you were to/or do have LO wear diapers at night what would you use?

IF I want to take her to potty at night-she usually wakes up before peeing but not 100% (or I don't). What should DD sleep ON? We live in Hawaii so I don't really want to lie on wool (plus I am somewhat allergic to wool). I think I would need a big something because she moves around in bed alot.

If I have missed something else please help.
I also am starting to read Pantley No Cry...

thanks!

When my LO was peeing multiple times a night, I mostly had her in a Thirsties diaper with Thirsties or wool cover. Many nights we went through 4 dipes.

Sapphire_Chan posted a link to a pad for sleeping on a short while ago. Maybe she'll post again, or you can pm her and ask her what it was. They looked pretty cool! I agree, big would be good. My LO would almost always rol off any kind of pad I had her on and pee directly on the bed!

Good luck! Night times can be tricky, but it does get easier!
