Help need breakfast ideas

DD and I are going gluten and egg free for awhile and that has pretty much eliminated all my breakfast ideas
I have a sensitivity to eggs and after dd ate eggs for a couple days in a row she has been very constipated so out they go.

I'm having the hardest time thinking of other things to eat for breakfast.I find other ideas but they aren't very TF. We do coconut yogurt often but does anyone have any other ideas or recipes they can share?

Maybe homemade hash browns pan fried in coconut or palm oil or bacon grease with bacon or ham and how about some cream cheese on the ham. Beef stew also makes a good breakfast. Add some sauerkraut on the side of either dish.

how about brown rice porridge? you make it just like oatmeal (though it may take longer, so it's good to make big batches), and it does taste similar?

soup is a traditional breakfast many places though I will admit that it sounds weird to most americans. (seasoned broth is really good in the AM though)

Sausage w/ green smoothies.

Soup is a great way to start the day, esp in the winter.

The blender batter pancake recipe can be made egg and gluten free.

I'd ask in the allergies forum as well--lots of ideas over there!

We are gluten and egg free as well as dairy free.

Our breakfasts are soaked cooked grains like amaranth, quinoa and teff. I have been making injera (GF pancakes) with my gluten free sourdough starter and it is yummy and a tad sour. That with blueberries and loads of grassfed ghee.. so good!

Smoothies and to bulk them up to be more filling we add soaked sunflower seeds, chia seeds, hemp protien, flax, and tons of GREENS.

Soup is great in the morning, especially lentil.

Baby crying...will be back.

You soak the quinoa then cook and add whatever to it right? I can't have amaranth or almonds...forgot to add that I've been wanting to make lentil soup but keep forgetting to soak my lentils!!!

I had issues with amaranth, and thought I could neve have it, but now I have changed my preparation and it is fine now. I rinse it well, soak it 24 hours in water with acid medium live apple cider vinegar, and and strain and rinse very well in several changes of water. Then I cover with fresh water and cook well. I am totally fine with it now. I do the same with quinoa, but an not as picky with rinsing so well.

I have tried many types and different preparations of almonds and I still am allergic.

I get reactions like skin itching, gums hurt/sore, and intestinal issues, yeast infection like reactions from almonds altogether and amaranth improperly prepared. What has also helped me digest amaranth without reactions is taking digestive enzymes with it.

With lentil soup, I make a ton of it and freeze it in yogurt containers. I then thaw what I need the day before. I love lentils (and other beans) since they have lots of the mineral molybdenum, and that has been the big mineral needed to help us get over our allergic reactions to sals and histamine foods.
