I like it in sweet potatoes and it makes the BEST deviled eggs and avacado dressing OMG:
dressing:
1 big avacado (scale down things ever so slightly if yours is small or to sample)
2 tblsp rice vinegar
salt to taste, about 1/2 tsp
1 tblsp wasabi powder
1 tblsp olive oil (or whatever oil)
mix the wasabi powder with a few drops water to paste, then blend everything else.
For the eggs, scoop out the yolks and mix with a sprinkle of rice vinegar, toatsed sesame oil, green onions and wasabi powder.
OMG the eggs are so good
