Fried Rice

Really needs to be day old and cold. Fresh rice will be too mushy.

I made the rice with coconut milk and curry paste, added some frozen peas, fresh asparagus, and cauliflower. It was really yummy! Thank you so much for your help.

As long as it smells fine, I think it's fine.

I always make rice pudding. Simmer the rice in plenty of milk, and then slowly beat in 2 beaten eggs, cinnamon, and some sugar. So good.

Sinangag! It's a new recipe in our house and we love, love, love it! It's a Filipino garlic fried rice. I make it without soy sauce, and have used bacon grease in place of the oil for a really yummy version.
