SCD diet anyone?

Hi there.... is anyone else on the SCD diet? Would like to have a thread about others experiences and ideas.

I have just begun the Specific Carbohydrate Diet due to a ton of digestive complaints, headaches, fatigue, etc.... I have done a lot of research and believe this diet will help me. But it is difficult to adhere to especially when my DH and DD aren't on the diet and eat all kinds of stuff I can now not eat. Need support.

i just bought a scd cookbook called eat well, feel well. i like the recipes a lot so far. im not ON the diet specifically, no pun intended, i just dont eat gluten or really much grains.
