Bfing and dehydration

How much liquid should BFers consumer per day? Does this change based on how much baby drinks per day? Ds is 8 mos and no probs with nursing or weight gain, but I've noticed my breasts aren't as full as they used to be and I wonder if I'm drinking enough. Any suggestions? Also, what happens if I haven't been drinking enough ... what problems can it cause?

Your breasts have probably adjusted to making milk for your baby and what you are feeling is just normal. Drink so you don't feel thirsty is usally the advice I hear.

You know baby is getting enough if he is gaining well - so you know that you are making enough! Keep at it, Mama!
