Sorry it has taken me so long to update, but Jareth Alexander is here! He was born via emergency c-section for polyhydramnios (too much amniotic fluid) on Thursday, February 11th at 11:14 am. He was 8 lbs, 14.5 oz and 21 inches long. He is amazing and adorable and we are all head over heels in love.
Recovery is slow going, and Jareth is definitely not an "easy" baby - very demanding, gives little warning when he's unhappy - just starts to scream. We're hoping he'll grow out of some of that slowly (or quickly
) but it doesn't matter. he definitely has his own amazingly little personality.
Here are some pictures I have posted on Facebook - anyone should be able to see them.
I don't have time to check in much more right now, but wanted to take a second to say congrats to all the mommas who have already ahd their little ones, and wish the best of luck and a million ELVs to the ones who are still waiting. Hopefully I will be back with a bit more time to check in soon.

Hope you are eating up your babymoon.
