We have a teacher on my team that likes to play a joke on the kids. When they ask him "is she pregnanat" he says "no, just packing on some pounds." It makes me laugh because the kids just stare and my belly and wonder. (The observent ones already know, as I did tell them. But they are middle school kids, so telling and hearing are two different things.)
Normally I am very thin, and lately, I'm noticably not. So either I'm getting bigger or I'm carrying a personal watermelon around in the waist of my pants. I'm so glad that I'm starting to show, however, as I get tired of people saying "oh, you're pregnant? Really? I couldn't tell." You can't tell? What is this then? A beer gut?
