Getting Diaper Rash Cream out of Fabrics, Carpet, and a Waldorf Doll

Any ideas? It's the Burts Bees stuff so in addition to the oils/beeswax I also need to get the white zinc oxide color out. Oy...

Dawn dish soap. The original blue stuff.
The first time my mom watched DS, I swear she smeared half the tube on DS's cloth-diapered butt.
After I wiped off as much as I could, I wet the diapers (4 of them ), poured the Dawn on liberally, and went to town with a tooth brush.
Worked wonders.

Thanks! I gave it a try. I think I've gotten most of it out except for a very few spots. That's some difficult stuff to get out!

Dish soap should be good - shampoo may work also (for the oils and such). You could possibly try a little baking soda paste.
