What about a Blackberry or Droid MDC forums app?

I saw the thread on the Iphone app that is 'in the works.' I was wondering if there is any possibility of an MDC Blackberry or Droid app in the future? Would definitely be willing to pay for it and I'm sure many others would be as well!

Hello!

I can check on that. I am not sure of the nuances between the systems but I will certainly check and see if that is also in development.

I just submitted a thread about this (it's waiting for approval), but tapatalk is available now. MDC just needs to sign up for it (free), and then you download the app. Read only is free, and the full version is $2.99. My other board installed it, and it's super cool.

It's available for iphone and droid now, but blackberry and nokia are coming soon.

MDC has to sign up for it first

But if they do, I think you go to tapatalk.com/bb and find it there instead of going through the app thing. (I have an iphone, but I just read this elsewhere).

Any word on this? The gal who runs my other board (also a vbulletin), said it was super easy to sign up with tapatalk (and only took minutes). Again, it's free for the message board owner, and really streamlines it for those of us who use our phones to browse and post.

I think it will. I am using it with another forum and it is a breeeze. I have an 8520.

Not until the powers that be at MDC install the app.

tapatalk is really easy to use, and is so much faster than viewing forums via your phone's web browser.

We aren't planning on using it atm as far as I am aware. Other options are being looked into.

I tried downloading Opera awhile ago thinking it would help my overall web surfing. Nope. I made it worse. Now I'm back to just the bb one. Hmm I really need to figure out how to delete some if these unusable things from the blackberry.
