Baby shower advice!

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't find anything when I search. I'm going to a babyshower tomorrow for a mom who is pregnant with twin girls and has a 3 year old girl already. She's planning on using disposables and bottles. I ordered amber teething necklaces for all three girls, but they still haven't arrived, so I need a new plan! What would you wise mamas suggest would be a helpful shower gift that I can buy in a brick and mortar store?

gift cards for take out, coupons for delivered home cooked meals/playgroups/help holding babies or tending to dd, diapers in sizes other than newborn,

I agree with asawesa on cooked meals/coupons. I also found that friends said they would come and help but life gets so busy they forget! Maybe put a few dates on a card saying you will come over and help with the house/food/babies. I so wish I had more help, especially since my family lives back East! You could also print a picture of the necklances you ordered and put those in the card.
