I miss my coffee! I cut it out entirely the first trimester, and then slowly incorporate decaf as the pregnancy goes on. I'm drinking decaf tea and it's not the same.

Be careful with Chai, its almost better to drink coffee.
Chai contains a big amount of coffein from black tea and spices that are supposed to induce labor.
also, Starbucks Chai is full of bad sugar and other generic ingredients
German midwives also recommend to stay away from black tea since it cuts down on the absorption of vitamins, mineral and calcium.
They recommend green tea if you need a pick me up and 1-2 cups of coffee are fine.
