Is there anywhere to go to find ratings/reviews on both midwives and/or OB's. Might be nice to see what other moms are saying.

I would also contact your local ICAN group. You of course have a biased sample population, but I have found that the women in my ICAN group generally have the "inside scoop" on many doctors and MWs in the area. Our mailing list frequently gets posts to the tune of, "tell me about your experiences with Doctor/Midwive XXX" and the responses seem to be pretty helpful.
