Spirulina AND Wheatgrass?

Among other supplements and nutritional changes I've begun taking Spirulina (3 tablets/day) and 1 shot of Wheatgrass powder every other day in a smoothie. Does this sound okay or do you think I need one but not the other?

They both sound good. I have heard good things about each one. I have used wheat grass and love it. They both also do gentle cleansing which is helpful for conception. And since it is gentle, you don't really have to worry about finding out your pregnant and still taking them. They are both wonderfully rich in nutrients, which makes them a great addition to your nutrition plan. You could do the wheat grass everyday, especially since you are doing it in the powder form. It is not as potent in the powder form as if it were fresh (but still good).

I've been doing both every day for about 3 months myself, but with fresh wheatgrass juice. I really have noticed a huge increase in energy.
