I had and exam and cleaning today and got an estimate to fix some teeth. I have one missing tooth that is towards the front and I want something to replace it. I also have one that is REALLY bad and needs a root canal and crown. I have another that had a root canal and crown, but they are saying the root canal was botched and they missed one of the canals and that the crown isn't sitting right either. Plus a few small cavities that need fillings.

Basically, they want over 6,000 bucks for all of this work. I don't have 6 grand and can't access that much money. I have about 2500 (from my taxes). I can pick and choose what I want to do, so I'm trying to maximize what I can get done for the least money. I can get one of those discount plans that my dentist participates in for only $90 a year and its is supposed to save 30-60% on everything.

I'm thinking of skipping the small fillings and just trying to heal those myself. The one tooth is REALLY bad, so I think I'm pretty much stuck getting that one done. The other crown isn't really bothering me, so I'm going to skip replacing that for now. As for the bridge to replace the missing tooth, I don't know what to do. It would require a crown on a perfectly good tooth and I hate to mess with a tooth not giving me a problem.

Just looking for some general ideas of what you all would do given these options. Thanks!
