Partially negative test and is this chart triphasic?

I took a test tonight (10dpo peeing about 3.5 hours after my last trip to the potty) and I got a thin, faint, positive indicator line that only reached to the top of the negative line. You don't have to squint to see it at all, but it doesn't show in pics. (It's an AccuClear blue dye +/- test.) Was that test defective?

And could you look at my chart? What, exactly, makes a chart "triphasic"? Is this one? http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/1b342b

im not sure I would call that triphasic yet... if it stays up that high or higher then I might... but triphasic does not mean pregnant (nor does non-triphasic mean not pregnant)

and too many blue dyes give false results, but yes half a line is defective no matter what test you take. Get a pink dye test and try again.

I took another this morning and got that same crappy thin, blue, half line. So you're right. Definately defective. I'm going to call it quits, I guess, and if my temps don't come down and my period doesn't come by Wednesday, I'll test again. With a pink test or a digi.
