I got a stress fracture yesterday Now I can't walk on my foot, but I still am trying to lose my 4 lbs in this month's challenge. I normally walk for exercise and have a toddler who hates it when I do other forms of exercise! What can I do? Help me if you can

I am a runner that is temporarily on low impact activity due to a foot injury.

Swimming would be great.
Elliptical?
Strength training - you can do a lot with your own body weight and your toddler's
Yoga - my 2 and 4 yo like to help me achieve a greater range of motion if I do this with them

Are you looking for no impact or low impact?

Just doing something planned and regular will help you stay on track and motivated mentally.

Speedy healing to you!

Thank you! I'll try yoga, why not. I don't like yoga videos in general, but for the 4 or so weeks, sounds like it's a good option. Thanks!
