today I get stretch marks on my stomach

Come on out, baby! It's a fun, fun world!!

(funny you mention this... I'm not overdue yet -- 39+ weeks right now), but just today noticed that I have some whiteish, glistening stretchmarks beginning to form.... just. today.)

I know how you feel, I only got stretch marks at 38 weeks, and this is my third baby! I thought I was immune!!!!

I totally feel you - I got stretch marks at 38 weeks with this one despite being almost twice the size with my first pregnancy - and like the PP I had totally thought I was immune!




Come on baby! Time to come out!!!

Ugh, isn't that frustrating? With my first I got stretch marks on the sides only--nothing on the actual belly until I got them *in labor*! D'oh!

I think I would have accepted them better in the 7th month, or something. Making it this far and THEN getting them just doesn't seem fair.

In Labour??? Omigosh, now that would kill me! I'm so glad you mentioned this though. Now I am gonna have to slather myself with oil in between contractions!
