what is the easiest sling or wrap for me to use with a newborn?

I am looking for an easy wrap or sling to get for a newborn soon to be born. Someone is supposed to be making me a ring sling but no word yet which is why I am scrounging around this close to having the baby be born!

I would love some direct links to one I can buy online.
I am still overwhelmed- ring sling, pouch or moby wrap?
what is a simple one that works well for a newborn and for a new first time mom, and a direct link online to get one?

I still love my Moby and DS is 3 1/2 months. It looks complicated to tie, at first, but I watched youtube videos a couple of times and learned quickly. You can get them everywhere.

When I first started to learn how to babywear I googled it and came across this website http://wrapababy.com/. It is really informative about different kinds of wraps/slings and it has video & picture instructions on it. Hope that helps

I love a ring sling. I have a Maya Wrap Ring Sling. So many different carriers perfect for newborns to older children. Easy to nurse in, etc.
I never perfected wrapping. Plus I find it a pain to tie it all up and I get cat hair all over it. The Ring sling is easy to use and the Maya Wraps have pockets to put your keys and cell phone in. I use it now with a hip carry so my DS can sit on my hip while I do dishes

I LOVE my sleepywrap! Great for newborns and I still have my 21lb 6m old in it! So comfortable and easy to learn. There are so many videos out there too.

For my NB, I loved my Moby. I didn't start using my RS until he already had head control.

For newborns, I prefer the wrap type. For my first I had a homemade one out of stretchy woven material, but it was a little short to do all the wraps. The second time, I ordered a moby and love it! I even sprang the extra couple of bucks to get the cool new prints. Stars & Moon Wrap

If you're going to order one, the prices are fixed by moby, so I would try to find a WAHM website that sells them, to support the fellow mommas.
