UTI w/o Pain or Burning sensation during Pregnancy

I have never had one before, and I know I have been told the most common sign is pain and burning, and it is most notable.

But I am having major problems today.

1) I had slight bleeding/spotting today (When I wiped originally after a BM, and had two big bright red spots of blood - to ensure it was from the girly area, I took clean paper and held it at the opening, and yep, another big spot of bright red blood. I wiped a few times more and it got less and less and disappeared completely after a couple of minutes.)
2) All day I have been pee'ing like there is no stopping it. I have not peed this much in years..I swear I am going about 1 time an hour today, with no change in fluid intake.
3) I am having a lot of BH, or what I think are BH tonight. I get this feeling of tightness, but when I feel my belly it is not rock hard, it is tighter, but not rock hard.
4) The urge to pee comes on suddenly.

I am not have any pain or burning when I pee. But on occasion I do have to go, put feel like the tube is pinched shut and have to force it.

Could this be a possible UTI. I have always heard you will have the pain/burning and there will be no not knowing.

If I had symptoms like this, I would call my health care provider tomorrow. I did have Uti's without pain or burning before, in those cases the urine is kind of cloudy in the bowl and smells of protein (kind of like eggs, sorry tmi).
The blood, and the pinched feelings... I've never had that, that's why I would call just to make sure it's alright.

It could be the a kidney stone and the blood could be from your urine. I have had them this pregnancy and the first was really painful (I ended up in the hospital) but I have a few smaller ones that have felt more like cramping/contractions. I had frequent urination and having to go suddenly. I would at the lastest call tom. if you are still having the symptoms. If it is kidney stone or UTI if can cause preterm labor (usually from the intense pain or the infection), I don't want to scare you but just know it can be serious.

I am about 28 weeks right now.

I took a hot bath, and I hate to say it, but it felt so good with the hot water hitting the girly part of the body, I just lavished in it.

I am feeling better now after the bath. Lots of baby movements, so it is hard to tell if I have a tightening sensation or not right now...because when baby does more than kick, it takes up my whole uterus area.

I will call in the morning. I have an appt. scheduled for Tuesday already, so they may just tell me to wait till then.
