Ok, if this is the wrong place to post this, please let me know.
I NEVER do Kegels. Because when I do, it... irritates... my tailbone. I can't quite describe the feelings, but when I do them, it makes it feel like someone is trying to... tickle my tailbone. Sort of. After I'm done doing them, I still have the feeling. So I don't do them.
Well, I decided to suck it up, and did them the other day. Probably about 20-30 of them (way more than I've ever done). Yesterday I woke up, and my tailbone is sore and sensitive, almost like I fell on it. WHY do Kegels hurt me? Does anyone else have this problem, or have a solution? It's the only reason why I could think my tailbone hurts.
