I've had a mild yeast infection for at least a week now and while it's definitely not horrible, it's getting to be annoying. I don't know what I can use for it but there has to be something at least topical. Anyone know what you can use while pregnant?

Here is what I've done. I do this as soon as I feel any symptoms and I haven't had a full blown infection yet this pregnancy.
2 cups of epsom salts + ~1/2 cup of buttermilk powder in to my bath. I will usually also apply honey or yogurt topically while I'm waiting for the bath to fill. Both provide relief from the infection and help balance out the yeast issue.
If you can fill a tampon applicator with yogurt that can also help a lot as well.
I usually use boric acid suppositories for a full blown infection and my midwife told me that is what they have been telling other patients to do as well but like I said the yogurt, honey, epsom, and buttermilk have kept me healthy so far.
