Implantation question

I have no idea what is going on, on feb 8,9 and 10 I got positive (very positive) OPKs we DTD on the 11, and then I fell and broke my leg. I was in the hospital and had drugs to knock me out so the could reset my foot and proceeded to take Ibuprofen for 4 days following. On Saturday (feb 20) I had to take more Ibuprofen due to really bad swelling and pain and I started spotting. The spotting is brown and has continued to spot for the past 3 days. It has only been brown except once it was pinkish. im due for AF tomorrow, I never get pre AF spotting and with my O date being either the 11 or 12 its too soon, i usually have a 14 day LP. I have tested and BFN. I have never had implantation spotting, im wondering if it could be from the Ibuprofen. Any advice would be appreciated.

On the 11th. So I started spotting 8-9 days after depending on if i O'd on the 11 or 12 or maybe even the 13th. So if it is AF it just doesnt make sense with time lines, and i couldnt test again after the 10th since I can't do anything but sit on the couch.

A trauma like you had can delay O. Even though you got a + opk your body may have suspended o due to the trauma of the fall the timing would have been about right.

it could also be the end of an anovulatory cycle due to the trauma (this is why I was asking what day you fell on)

our bodies really do not like to get pregnant when our bodies are not doing so great (hence why the same applies to illnesses and stress). so sometimes they hold off ovulation for a while or just do not ovulate at all that cycle because of it.
