Change in cycle after HSG?

I had an HSG done on CD 10, which was about 2 1/2 weeks ago. The dr saw no sign of blockages or any other problems.

I O'd on my usual day (CD 17). I always start spotting on CD 29, but my actual cycle length is always 30-32 days. This happens every month.

This month, I started spotting on CD 26 (yesterday). That's a full 3 days earlier than usual, and I'm always VERY regular. Today I have some cramps & more spotting. It's pink/red, and there seems to be a LOT of CM with it. That doesn't normally happen with my spotting.

So I'm just wondering if other people have had similar changes after an HSG? Any chance this is implantation bleeding? (I seriously doubt it - seems like too much blood of the wrong color & I "feel" like AF is coming.) Any other thoughts?

The cycle I had my HSG, I spotted for 4-5 days after the HSG, then went on to have a long, possibly anovulatory cycle.
So, HSG on CD10 with possible O on CD38 of a 51 day cycle. I say possibly O'd because no +OPK and erratic temps with a slight thermal shift.

They do say your chances of getting a BFP can increase in the 1st cycle or 2 after the HSG, so Good Luck!

What has me confused is that I'm pretty sure I O'd on my usual day... if it had been different, then I'd expect other things to be off too. But then I started spotting a good 3 days earlier than usual, which is not like me.

I very definitely don't feel pregnant, and I really think the spotting is a little too heavy & too red to be implantation bleeding.

I just had an hsg last cycle. I had some heavy bleading for 2 days after and spotting for 2 more days. My cycle was affected as well. I usually ovulation on cd 14-16 and i did not O until cd 20, confirmed by cbfm, opk and thermal shift. I just got AF so I didnt end up pregnant but good luck to you!
