Changing time of long sleep stretch

My 15 month old dd goes at about 7:30, and sleeps until around 2 when she wakes up to nurse, then wakes again and 4 and 6 AM to nurse, and usually gets up at 6, or will sometimes go back to sleep until 6:30 or 7. I don't usually go to bed until 10:30 or 11, and having to wake every 2-3 hrs through the night. I am wondering if there is some way to change it so she sleeps the long stretch the second half of the night.

Other info:
We co-slept until about 12 months when we realized dd wanted more space. We moved her onto a mattress next to our bed and have gradually been moving it further away from us, in hopes that she would wake less (and it did work). She now screams when I try to bring her into our bed!

any advice you moms/dads have would be greatly appreciated.

Subbing. I so wish DS's long stretch coincided with my bedtime! I wonder why they sleep so well for the first stretch? Because they're at their most tired?

Looks like no answers yet. Go figure she did sleep through until 3 last night and then didn't wake again until 6. I think I need to realize this will all be a slow progression towards her learning how to sleep through the night, and she will eventually get there on her own. Though some gentle encouragement along the way never hurts.
I have found, on a different though slightly related subject, that counting to 10 when she is nearly asleep signals her to pop off and climb down into her bed and go to sleep on her own. I started this in the day, saying, "ten more seconds of nursing, then all done". At 10 I would stick my finger in the corner of her mouth and pop her off in the beginning, now she just stops on her own at 10 and runs off to play. We also use this counting when it is time to end an activity she really loves. The method has worked wonders for us!
Though it didn't work for us, I have met people who could sleep nurse their lo when they went to bed, and get a little extra sleep that way. I think this backfired when I tried it, making her wake up even earlier the next time, but I have a friend who it worked well for, so maybe it depends on the child.
