I brushed it off at first, but DD1 has been complaining of back pain for the last two (almost three) months now. This month it's become much more frequent (daily), and now she occasionally walks with her back arched slightly backwards and sometimes complains of being tired when we're out on walks (1 mile or less).
She doesn't cry when she complains and mostly plays normally still, but it has gone from a once a week-or so - complaint to a daily one, so that's raised my alert level considerably.
A quick google search revealed that back pain in children <4 yrs often points to a serious underlying condition so cue maternal freak out on my part...
Any other moms with experience in this area? I've got a call in to her doctor, but naturally my mind is running wild with tumor! scoliosis! autoimmune disorder! :-(
I'm worried. :-(
Any insights?

Hoping he does soon...but he usually doesn't call back until late at night.
