Leg cramps at night?

What can I do to prevent them? I have been eating bananas but I still woke up several times last night with cramps. Probably because I have been floor sitting a lot lately

Liquid calcium-magnesium supplement before bed.

I was going to suggest a stand-alone magnesium. In case the problem is more cal-mag imbalance than being low in both.

Often it's cal/mag deficiency, but what many people don't know is that it's just often a problem with low iron... specifically low ferritin levels are associated with leg cramps.

Huh. I had slightly low iron in my pg, too. I wonder if boosting iron would have helped the leg cramps. But, liquid ca-mag and epsom salt baths helped.

Try the iron! (i happen to be drinking a cup of nettle tea.)

Yes it could have been the iron. I have had the perma period lately (almost three months, ack) so I upped the iron and I have been good to go. Thank you
