I had my first prenatal appointment yesterday and the doctor said not to worry about the weight I've gained so far since I started out on the lower end of "normal" BMI. She just said to continue to exercise and eat healthy foods and keep an eye on it over the next 4 weeks until my next appointment.
We tried to listen for a heartbeat but couldn't find it yet but I'm scheduled for an ultrasound soon so that's pretty exciting.

I'm with the others in that the only thing to really help my nausea is eating.
