Exercise with baby??

Ok, so my babe is 7.5 months old and I am heavier than I want to be. I'm going to give myself a pass for the last 7.5 months but I really want to start getting it together NOW. I just can not figure out how to get a decent amount of exercise in a day with a 5 yo a 3 yo and a 7 mo in this cold weather!!
The baby takes 2 naps, during her first nap I either have to get the boys ready dress/pack lunches etc, and clean the house up, then her second nap usually happens when I'm taking the oldest to school, she falls asleep then the 3 yo falls asleep and when I transfer her to the house she usually wakes up.
I do some things daily, we have a daily dance in the kitchen time where we'll blast the radio and dance our brains out. But that only lasts a little while. I have the wii fit and I try to squeeze in 10 minutes a day but lately it's been more like 10 minutes a week. I won't even tell you all the things I think of doing that I just plain don't do! Anyway, anyone have a good daily exercise routine that includes baby that works???
Thanks!!

Yay for daily dancing Mama, that sounds super fun and very creative! I only have one little one and he is 10mo. We dance together too, I (try!) to do some yoga when he is awake, we take a walk once a day, and (this morning) I figured out that I can do some really killer squats while he is in the Ergo lol

I do squats, leg presses and sit ups with the baby as my weight. DD, also 7 months, loves being pressed in the air on my legs, and she sits on my belly and I sit up and kiss her, then go back down and repeat. She finds the whole thing very amusing. My 3yr old will often want to get it on it, so then I leg press him. He is 35# though so it's a lot harder. Ergo walks are also good if the weather is nice. When I had my first I used to wear him in a babyhawk and walk on the treadmill. It always put him right to sleep. I can also get wii fit in if I let my 3 year old join me. So we created his own mii and he takes turns. He is not very good at most of the stuff, but he has a blast and this allows me to get to use it more. He will let me go 5+ minutes waiting for his turn.

My baby is almost 9 months old and I do the EA Active for Wii in the morning time while she plays. I almost always get 35 or so minutes in while she is playing near me, I interact with her while I exercise, she laughs when I run, etc. Sometimes I have to stop and play with her for a few minutes or nurse her, but then I return to my workout. It's what works best for me - maybe you could try something like that when your baby is awake?

I am going to try to get some more time on the Wii Fit, I actually have done some of the stuff with the baby in my arms. I have used the treadmill with her in the baby hawk but she gets mad quickly, I think she prefers if the scenery is changing. maybe if i moved the treadmill near the turtle tank it would give her something more to look at.
35 minutes would be awesome! I wish my baby would play for that long. though in my house she might not be safe on the ground that many minutes in a row. Her brothers just LOOOVE her too much to keep hands to themselves sometimes.

I only have one baby, so it's a million times easier for me than you , but this is what's working for me.

1. I put the baby on my back in the Ergo and walk up and down the stairs in our apartment building. This one is great for winter when we can't really walk outside as much. My goal is to be able to walk up all 37 flights!

2. I put the baby on my front in a water mei tai and go to the pool. She plays with pool toys while I do water jogging in the shallow end.

3. After the baby is in bed, I do a workout DVD. I've been really liking some of the ones with the trainers from The Biggest Loser (Cardio Max, 30 Day Shred). I've tried doing the DVDs when she's awake, but it's a mixed bag. I can get through Cardio Max while holding her/using her as a weight, but the 30 Day Shred is impossible while holding her. Maybe look for a DVD that you can do with the baby? What about those babywearing/dancing DVDs like Mambo Moms? Maybe the bigger kids can dance along too!

When you do anything wearing your baby, you are going to burn more calories as he will add more weight. I wore my son constantly, sometimes that's the only way he would nap, so it worked out well. House cleaning, some cooking, walking here and there, while running errands, all of it.

Also, if you can think to tighten your abs off and on through out the day, it helps to also, while doing any stand still things, like dishes, to do calf raises during it. Also, instead of sitting on the couch, get an ab ball and sit on that, also with baby wrapped.
