Yoga/pilate videos

I just posted this thread: http://www.mothering.com/discussions....php?t=1198179 in the toddlers group and one of the ladies was nice enough to direct to me this forum. Anyways, I was wondering if someone could recommend good yoga/pilates videos that could be done while DD is sleeping. I need something that would be pretty quiet and that I could stop easily from in case DD needs to nurse back to sleep.

I'm currently doing the 30 Day shred, although, not every day. But it's just been hard between working, DD, and a lot of other things going on. I'm hoping things settle down but as a mom they never seem too. I'd still be doing that but I'd love something to supplement that on the days that I don't get a chance to do it when DD is awake. Thanks in advance!!!

I have the Denise Austin pilates "Hit the Spot Pilates" video and it's pretty good. It's in segments, so you can pick and choose what you want to do and your time frame, which is nice. I have a good Rainbeau Mars one on VHS I can't find on DVD and an am/pm one that isn't good at all.

Here are two I had recommended to me.

yoga

It seems like a hot new trend, but yoga actually began more than 3,000 years ago in India. The word yoga is Sanskrit (one of the ancient languages of the East). It means to "yoke," or unite, the mind, body, and spirit.

Although yoga includes physical exercise, it is also a lifestyle practice for which exercise is just one component. Training your mind, body, and breath, as well as connecting with your spirituality, are the main goals of the yoga lifestyle.

The physical part of the yoga lifestyle is called hatha yoga. Hatha yoga focuses on asanas, or poses. A person who practices yoga goes through a series of specific poses while controlling his or her breathing. Some types of yoga also involve meditation and chanting.
