I got hired in Dec for a job, I was contacted by them due to my knowledge in that area, and I wasn't looking so no resume. Now I am being told by HR that they need a resume to have on file. I don't have a current one, and have been looking through websites, anyone have a site that they really like? I work in medical if that makes a difference, I keep seeing on various sites that I should do a different type of resume which is listing my qualifications instead of mostly work history due to the specialized nature of my work. This is confusing!
