When can you stop "froggy-ing" LO's legs?

I LOVE my new BH but fear that ds is somewhere between froggy legs and being able to stick his legs out. He really liked the BH for a while but now he fights it every time I put him in it...

If you have him on your front, you could do one leg in and one leg out. I've never tried it, but I've heard people do! I'm totally blanking out on when I stopped froggying...

hmmmm... one leg in and one leg out, scooted towards the leg out side, huh? And yes, he's on my front.

I did one leg in and one leg out for a while. I think I had to start doing that around 3 months. Give or take a month? I remember doing it for the first time while he was wearing summer clothes because an unclothed leg was hanging out. He was born in April... so that would probably put us June-August... so 2-4 months?
