If anyone is wanting to lengthen your LP, I'm here to recommend B6.
I used to have 13 day LPs (with a couple days of spotting before), which was okay I think, although my temps after O were never very high. Then last cycle I had an 11 day LP and freaked out. So I took 100mg per day of B6 this cycle (that was probably too much). Now I'm on 14 DPO, no AF, no BFP. My temps were higher than usual post-O and my chart is gorgeous. I could've sworn this month was my month.
But I've had days of BFNs and my temp dropped like a rock this morning, so I'm 99% sure I'm out. I'm still not even spotting or cramping at all, so I could have another few days before AF starts, I guess.
Next cycle I am either cutting the dosage in half or not taking it at all. I don't think I need a 14+ day LP. But if my LP had been less than 10 days, then I'd be really excited about this, so I'm letting everyone know how it worked for me in case you need to lengthen your LP.
