Anyone have a slow cooker / crock pot with adjustable temp?

I was looking for one that rather than went "high", "medium", "low" .. it actually had a thermostat where you could adjust the temperature by degrees. Does it exist?

I was looking to experiment at cooking poultry at a low temperature around 180 to be exact

Nesco has that, it's a combo roaster oven and crock-pot. I have an 18-quart one that I love. I can do 3 chickens at one time, it's so big. They do have smaller models if you want one that is a traditional crock-pot size. The temperature goes from 200-450, but you can put it under the 200 mark and it works just fine, I do it all the time.
