Hi All,

this is so confusing, the first day of my LMP was 02/02/2010, and then on 02/10/2010 I got a +ive on my OPK and my CM was very strechy and egg while consistency..DH and I did the BD on 02/10/2010 right after i found out I am about to ovulate.

Just to make sure I tested in the morning again (02/11/2010)..and the OPK showed a negative..I am guessing I must have ovulated sometime during the night..

Fist of all this must be a very early ovulation( 9th day of my cycle)..bTW my periods are quite irregular...could it really have been ovulation..I also had severe cramps on that day

Since then I have been having these symptoms
1)Cramps that get worse at night( i never cramp until the day of my AF)
2)lower back pain
3)constant peeing

No spotting, no sore breasts....

BTW this is my second child..with my first I had the sore breasts and the cramping..

I am not sure when i am due for my next period(since it is irregular)..so I might not even klnow that I am late. I took a pregnancy test AND IT WAS A BFN today..I am so confused and anxious

I was just reading up on cramping and early pregnancy. It can definitely be a sign. I had some horrible ones last night that kept me from sleeping..and today too. Let's hope for BFP!!!

Are you breastfeeding your first still?

Regardless... its very likely that you geared up to O and did NOT O at cd8/9 (2/10 - 2/11)

Its very common, especially in women who have irregular cycles, for this to happen.

The cramping you are feeling is also very possibly due to gearing up to ovulate now!

but heres your stats:

If you Oed on 2/10 you would be 14dpo by now... 2/11 you would be 13dpo. Most women would have a bfp on a sensitive test (such as FRER) at this point. Your period should be due no later than this weekend. If you do not have a bfp or AF by Sunday... its pretty safe to assume you did not O on 2/10 - 2/11

the time from your +opk to you o is a range between 12-48 hours, with 36 being the average.

cramping/back pain could be a lot of things, like mae said, even ovulating now! early symptoms like peeing a lot dont happen due to pregnancy until you have enough hcg in your urine to have a +hpt, because it's that hcg that signals your blood volume to start increasing and ramps up your kidney function. hpts detect VERY small amts of hcg. later on, like after 7 weeks, you get pressure added on your bladder from a growing uterus that adds to that too.

that said, abdominal pain/backache and peeing a lot can be a sign of a urinary infection! do you think that's the problem?

You guys were right!!

I actaully started my AF on 24TH Feb ...so it looks like I must have o'ed on the 11th, 13 days after that my AF came along
Going to try again this month..seems like i am o'ing early..so I have started charting and using OPK's since yesterday..i hope I catch the egg thsi time
I think the last time DH nad I BD only once and was silly to think that we are going to get lucky with just one try..this time I am going to try to BD atleast 3 days after I detect my LH....
