Help! Dd, 4 mo., goes to work with DH four days a week.
He has trouble getting her to sleep for him during the day, and today she will NOT not not nap, he phoned me and I can hear her screaming her head off in the background. He had her at home yesterday and all was fine.
There are distractions, people coming & going, etc, but he has a back room with a crib in it for her, place to sit and feed her, and so on. He wears/carries her as much as possible.
For me, she sleeps in the moby, regardless of what's going on around her, but I've noticed that his voice really seems to distract her too, when she's going to sleep.
What can we do? How can he get her to sleep?
This is a bad bad situation.. if she doesn't sleep then she gets over-tired and MAD and still won't sleep.
(he owns a retail business, so there's no way around the customers coming & going or him talking if that's the problem)
We HATE the idea of using the crib, but is that the best thing to do in this situation?
Please, some ideas and tips!!!! TIA!
