My son is going to be seen in a few weeks at Kennedy Kreiger in Baltimore. I suspect SPD but there could be something else there. I asked what they were going to do and one of the things they said was neurobehavioral testing. I have TRIED to google it but I am not finding anything good. So has anyone had this and what is it?

HI there, my son was evaluated at KK - at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders. Is this where you will be seen? My son had neuropsych testing done there - I'm not sure if it's the same as neurobehavior testing.
Basically, we filled out a bunch of forms and they did a lot of tests to measure different areas of functioing - cognitive, language, executive functioning, visual/spatial, memory, adaptive behavior, etc. We got the doctor's "impression" that day and a written report a few weeks later with recommendations.
Hope that helps and good luck to you!!

He is going to be seen in the developmental delay department. In addition to me thinking he has SPD he has a major speech delay and some other stuff. Like he is almost 4 1/2 and not PT'd.

My son also had a speech delay and was PT right around his 4th b'day. He is always moving and has trouble with motor planning (dyspraxia). KK dx him with ADHD, sensory seeking behaviors, and expressive language disorder. I didn't know they had a dept for developmental delay. Good luck!
