Hi everyone I am about 6 weeks out from having my sweet little boy and was wondering what your favorite nursing bra is?I am a bigger gal so bras have always been kinda a tough subject. When I got pregnant I was a 46 DD!I haven't gained alot of weight or grown too much in the breasts but I know that I probably need a different size.

I like the Bravado Designs; the original is super comfy - like a sports bra, only more supportive than most I've worn, and I think the double plus might accomadate your band size. What you may have to do is find one that fits your cups properly and use a band extender. I can find things in my band size usually, but not in my cup size, and that is a problem! - fwiw I was a 42DD before I was pregnant and I was a 42G by the time I had DS 3 months ago. Now, I am sure I vary from feeding to feeding . . .

I've been nursing for a year and am still looking for a great nursing bra! I hated the ones I bought at Motherhood - I was an underwire kind of gal before the baby and now am firmly anti-underwire. The problem that I have is that I have to wear nursing pads. The bras need to have a thick enough lining to hide the pads, but not so thick that I'm adding more stuffing up there, if you know what I mean.

The best nursing bra that I've found is from Target. They are Gillian O'Malleys (sp?). It's black, it's underwire free, it's lined. Unfortunately, they don't make it in nude, so I don't wear white shirts anymore.

Bravado Body Silk Seamless. Hands down. It's a bit on the spendier side, but I adore it. I could not stand the ones from Motherhood Maternity. The Bravado original is very comfortable, but I found myself wanting more support, and the
Body Silk does it. I also have a Medela one that is OK but nothing special. If I could go back and buy all Body Silk instead of the variety I have, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Oh, and it does have removable liners so that nursing pads don't show through (or if, like me, breastfeeding has made your nipples constantly, um, perky, it's not obvious to everyone, either).
