Bone broth is helping. :)

My crohn's was so inflammed I had a tender spot that hurt if touched on my belly. 2 days of bone broth I made from chicken wings and its not tender to the touch any more. I have also been wheat free for 2 days which may have helped too. I really hope wheat/dairy free TF helps me heal. I am becoming more and more optimistic.

Good news! Going GFCF made a huge difference in the tenderness of my stomach.

woohoo! i had celiac and going gf/cf AND tf helped beyond belief it took some time, but i noticed it right away.
