Talk to me about baking sprouted bread

I got the Laurel's Kitchen Breadbook specifically for the recipe but I just wanted to hear some experiences with baking sprouted grain breads. Just FYI, I am an intermediate level bread baker but I've never worked with sprouted grains. Thanks!

well i have baked bread with sprouted grain, but not ALL sprouted so not sure if that would help.
