its really not likely that this is an evap... especially since you did get faint lines on two others.

nuvaring is (if i remember my research correctly) mostly progesterone... so stopping it will almost immediately remove any effects... meaning you would O X number of days after you stopped taking it.

Many women do not O on a set cd14 (14 days past last period) some even are regular cd10 (10 days past last period) ovulators... so its very possible you are much further than 8dpo.

Personally from what info you gave I would be more inclined to set you at about 11dpo. Which is very normal for getting BFPs on FRER and nothing on any other tests.

All you can really do is either take a first response digital or wait a couple days...

That is not an evap! I have had an evap show up on a FRER within the time limit and get darker hours later, and it didn't look anything like that. It started out looking gray. Several hours later, it took on a purplish pink color. Some other tests are not as reliable, but if you get any PINK line within the time limit on a FRER the test is positive. Take another in the morning. Congratulations!!

No doubt in my mind that is a + evap lines are super faint and usually dont even have color.

Soo, I took a First Response Gold Digital this morning and it said Negative? What is going on??? I don't understand, the only test that is showing up positive is FRER ever single other test is -

went to the doctor today and tested negative on a urine test...they took a blood test thought so, we will see. I don't know how 3 FRERs could be evaps

If af came after that line you had a chemical pg. I would bet money on it. I am so sorry that happened

That is the thing with tests being so sensitive they allow you to know way before you normally would that you are pg. Sometimes it sucks because you would otherwise never know you had a chemical/early pg. But I prefer knowing that way if it happens more than once you know something is going on and you can take steps to fix it.

If the Dr's blood test was quantative then ask about the #. Some Dr. office do not count you pg until the # reaches 25 but in reality anything over 5 is a positive pg test.
