Help me belly map...

With DD it was so easy to map her position. This babe is giving me a right hard time!

I have an anterior placenta, mostly located on the left side. My biggest (and almost only) movements are on my right hip bone. I don't get kicks up high like I did with DD. Not even any around belly button range. There is no bulge at all near my fundus, mostly just squishy space. I feel what might be a back along the underneath of my button from side to side.

I can't get a heartbeat with my fetoscope due to the placenta, so I don't even have that on my side to help determine. Cheeky little baby. Anyone have an idea?

I have an idea of how my DD is positioned as far as left to right goes. I know her head is on my right and her feet is on my left. I also know she likes to lay with her belly facing outwards and we can always get a very loud heart beat reading easily. However, she's still so very small that she can position her back to us or she can lay on her back with her side facing out. I've had lots of U/S so that's the only reason I know. She seems to not mind the U/S at all. Sometimes it seems like she knows we can see her when we do the U/S cause she puts on quite a show swimming and kicking in full visibility. The last time we had one she even put her little outstretched hand against my uteris as if she were reaching out to us (the tech got a picture of it). I'm 19 weeks and am just now starting to feel her wiggle around. I can't wait until I'm farther along so I can feel her position by touching my belly like you can. It's so early it's hard to tell how she'll end up positioned.
