I have shrimp in the freezer from around the corner (very local, lol), some egg noodles, yellow and orange bell peppers, onion, garlic, celery, carrots, butter, parsley, gobs of spices, and need some ideas other than just sauteeing the veggies, tossing in the shrimp, and serving on the noodles. I also have gobs of eggs, goat milk, and a big family. Need to stretch the shrimp, but can easily use up to 2 lbs. I also may have some frozen kale.
Any ideas??
