Menopause??

My mom asked me if I think she should use HRT to treat her menopause symptoms. Can anyone suggest some great resources for me to suggest to her!

I think Dr. Elizabeth Vliet writes some good books that give a well balanced view of natural and sudden menopause. She goes ways deeper than Lee did in his books, and looks at a very important hormone many minimize in women-testosterone. Definitely stay away from Suzanne Sommers.

I've heard womentowomen is a good website that links one to other sources,too.
