The same day I found out I am pregnant, I cooked and ate some pastured bacon that my husband later told me he had left out of refrigeration for a day.
I have since had very watery diarrhea, four days now, and with the nausea and inability to eat much due to the early pregnancy I am miserable. I just remembered the pascalite clay I have in the cupboard and took about a quarter tsp with water, is there more I could be doing that is pregnancy safe? Is the pascalite a good choice for this? If so, how much to dry me up? Or do I just stay hydrated and wait it out? I have also been taking my homemade raw goat kefir and sauerkraut every day in small amounts...
